## User Roles

### Super Admin

A Super Admin has full access to every feature and setting within the organization. Super Admins can:

* Manage users and assign roles
* Access billing and subscription settings
* Create and manage API keys
* Manage [whitelisted email domains](/allowed-email-domains) and [Single Sign-On (SSO)](/sso)
* Make [two-factor authentication (2FA)](/two-factor-authentication) obligatory for team members

The Super Admin is also the primary contact for the workspace.

### Admin

Admins have broad management permissions but cannot demote or remove Super Admins. They can:

* Manage users and assign roles (except Super Admin)
* Access billing and subscription settings
* Create and manage API keys
* Manage [whitelisted email domains](/allowed-email-domains) and [Single Sign-On (SSO)](/sso)
* Make [two-factor authentication (2FA)](/two-factor-authentication) obligatory for team members

### Members

Members have standard access to core features with limited administrative capabilities.
