# Stripe

> In-product reselling through Stripe was removed on September 15, 2026. Your Synthflow subscription is not affected, but customer subscriptions that relied on this feature no longer work.

The Stripe integration let agencies and white-label partners bill subaccounts through their own Stripe account, using pricing plans that set the monthly price, included minutes, concurrency, and optional usage-based overage. It was removed on September 15, 2026.

You can no longer connect a Stripe account to Synthflow, and accounts that were connected for reselling have been disconnected. Customer subscriptions collected through Synthflow stopped working.

## Bill subaccounts now

Charge your customers from your own Stripe account or another billing system, and recreate the subscriptions that previously ran through Synthflow. [Reselling migration](/reselling-migration-guide) covers finding the affected subaccounts, tracking their minutes, and starting a new usage cycle on your own schedule.

Inside Synthflow, [Limits and capabilities](/limits-and-capabilities) is where you allocate minutes and cap concurrency for each subaccount.

## FAQ

#### Can I still connect Stripe to Synthflow?

No. The integration was removed on September 15, 2026, and connections used for reselling were disconnected. Manage customer billing directly in your own Stripe account.

#### What happened to my pricing plans?

Pricing plans under **Settings** → **Partner** → **Pricing Plans** were removed and no longer drive billing, limits, or automatic plan behavior. See [what stopped](/reselling-migration-guide#what-stopped-on-september-15-2026).

#### Can I still run an agency without Stripe?

Yes. [Subaccounts](/subaccounts), [permissions](/manage-subaccount-permissions), [branding](/general-settings), [products](/import-a-product), and [limits and capabilities](/limits-and-capabilities) work as before. Only billing your customers through Synthflow went away.

#### How do I track what a subaccount used?

Read `minutes_used` from the [Subaccounts API](/api-reference/platform-api/subaccounts/get-subaccount), or sum call durations yourself. See [Track subaccount minutes](/reselling-migration-guide#track-subaccount-minutes).
