Step-by-step Guide

Tip: To start, Open up your HubSpot account and Navigate to Workflows > Automations and Open up the Synthflow Assistant you want to Integrate.

1. Navigate to your HubSpot Automation.

2. Create a new Automation in HubSpot then click here.

3. Click "Synthflow AI Phone Calling"

4. Click here.

5. Click Synthflow Model ID

6. Switch to your Assistants tab in Synthflow

7. Click this icon to Copy your model ID

8. Switch back to your HubSpot Workflow

9. Paste it into the top field [[meta]] + [[v]]

10. Next do the same with the API Key

11. Click here.

12. Switch to the Workflow again...

13. Press [[meta]] + [[v]]

14. Click the "Phone Number" field.

15. Next map the Contacts "Phone Number"

16. Click the "Contact Name" field.

17. Map the "First Name" field

18. Click the "Contact Record ID" field.

19. Click the "Search contact properties" field.

20. Type "record"

21. Click "Record ID"

22. Click the "Lead Email" field.

23. Click "Email"

24. Click the "Lead Timezone" field.

25. Click the "Search contact properties" field.

26. Search for "time"

27. Click "Time Zone"

28. Click "AI Prompt​"

29. Click the "Prompt" field in your Synthflow Assistant Tab.

30. Press [[meta]] + [[a]]

31. Press [[meta]] + [[c]]

32. Type " [[Backspace]]"

33. Click out to auto-save.

34. Switch back to HubSpot

35. Paste in your Prompt [[meta]] + [[v]]

36. Click into AI Prompt field in HubSpot

37. Find where you want to bring in a Custom Variable to use in the conversation, in this case we want First and Last name.

38. Click "First Name"

39. Type ""

40. Click "Last Name"

41. Once you are happy with you AI Prompt in HubSpot, press Save

42. Click "Save"

Tip: Now you can use all of you HubSpot data in your Synthflow Assistant calls.
