Aurora is generally available
Aurora is now available to every workspace. It is the AI assistant built into your Synthflow dashboard: describe what you need in natural language and Aurora can build agents, configure actions, manage knowledge bases, analyze calls, and run simulations using your real workspace data.
Channel filtering for chat logs
Chat logs now show where each conversation came from. Every chat is tagged as SMS, WhatsApp, Widget/API, or Test chat, and you can filter the list by any of those channels. Test runs from the agent editor no longer mix in with live customer traffic.
