Stripe-based reselling is ending
On September 15, 2026, Synthflow will discontinue custom pricing plans. This affects partners who have connected their Stripe account and resell minutes to their customers: from that date, Synthflow will no longer bill subaccount minutes through Stripe on your behalf, and subscriptions created through custom pricing plans will stop working. Your own Synthflow subscription is not affected.
To keep your customers running without interruption, migrate their subscriptions to your own billing before September 15. The migration guide explains exactly what changes and how to complete the migration.
