Business Hours
Your agents can now keep office hours. Set business hours for each day of the week in the agent editor, evaluated in the agent’s own timezone, and pick what happens to inbound calls outside them: decline the call, transfer it, or run a custom action. Outbound calls placed while the agent is closed are declined.
