Analytics across your subaccounts
The analytics dashboard now covers the subaccounts you manage. Set the All accounts filter to compare total minutes, calls, and average duration across every subaccount, then select one to open its full dashboard in place.
Pin Aurora conversations
You can now pin conversations in Aurora. Pinned threads stay at the top of the list, so the work you keep returning to is always in reach.
