Set up an inbound call

Inbound Workflow GoHighLevel

1. To capture the incoming Call Data, click “Create Workflow” again

2. Click “Start from Scratch”

3. Click “Add New Trigger”

4. Select “Inbound Webhook”

5. Copy the “URL(Post/Get/Put)”

6. Go back to Synthflow app and click “Deployment”

7. Paste the webhook here

8. Click “Initialize”

9. Switch back to “GoHighLevel” window

10. Click “Fetch Sample Requests”

11. Click “Select reference payload”

12. Click on the last request you have

13. Click “Save Trigger”

14. Click “Add field”

15. Select “Phone”

16. Click the Tag icon

17. Click “Inbound Webhook Trigger”

18. Click “Lead”

19. Click “Phone_number”

20. Click “Save Action”

21. Click this icon.

22. Click the “Plus button”.

23. Select “Add To Notes”
