Create New Subaccounts modal

You can create subaccounts from scratch, delete subaccounts you no longer need, or import existing subaccounts from GoHighLevel when that integration is connected. This page covers managing subaccounts through the Synthflow interface. For API-based management, see the Subaccounts section of our Platform API here.

Find a subaccount

To find an existing subaccount, open Admin from the main sidebar and, under Partner, click Subaccounts. Use the search bar to search by subaccount name or subaccount ID.

Create a single subaccount

Open Admin from the main sidebar. Under Partner, click Subaccounts.

Click + Create in the top-right corner.

Click Create New Subaccounts.

Enter a name for your new subaccount. To create more than one subaccount at once, click Add. Once you’re done, click Create.

Create multiple subaccounts

Save time by creating multiple subaccounts in a single batch. Before you begin, ensure your limits and defaults match how you want new subaccounts configured. Create a subaccount

Import subaccounts from GoHighLevel

If GoHighLevel is connected under Workspace SettingsIntegrations, you can import existing subaccounts when you click + Create. This option appears only when the integration is active. Connect GoHighLevel first, then import subaccounts with agency-level access. For the full setup guide, see GoHighLevel.

Delete a subaccount

Deleted subaccounts cannot be restored.

Phone numbers that the parent account owns return to the main workspace when the subaccount is deleted. See phone number ownership for how ownership works across accounts.

Open Admin from the main sidebar. Under Partner, click Subaccounts.

Click the subaccount you want to delete.

Select the Settings tab.

Click Delete Subaccount.

Click Permanently delete.
