Creating a customized pricing plan in Synthflow makes it easy for agencies to tailor their offerings based on specific needs.

By following the outlined steps, you can efficiently set pricing, manage Assistant availability, and assign workflows, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of managing pricing plans.

  1. Go to Agency > Pricing.
  2. Click Create pricing plan.
  3. Name your pricing plan, add a description and set the number of minutes included in this plan. Click Next.
  4. Set a subscription fee for your pricing plan and click Next.
  5. Set the number and types of agents available on this plan. Click Next.
  6. Set the number of workflows available on this plan and click Finish.
