Configure your agent

Whether you create an agent from scratch or use a template, you can customize its settings in the Configure tab.

If you start with a template, some settings will be pre-filled. You can modify them as needed, but changes may affect functionality.

To enable calling features, you’ll need to add a phone number before your agent can make or receive calls.

Select Agents on the navigation sidebar.

Click the agent you want to configure.
