User Roles
Super Admin
A Super Admin has full access to every feature and setting within the organization. Super Admins can:
- Manage users and assign roles
- Access billing and subscription settings
- Create and manage API keys
- Manage whitelisted email domains
- Make two-factor authentication (2FA) obligatory for team members
The Super Admin is also the primary contact for the workspace.
Admin
Admins have broad management permissions but cannot demote or remove Super Admins. They can:
- Manage users and assign roles (except Super Admin)
- Access billing and subscription settings
- Create and manage API keys
- Manage whitelisted email domains
- Make two-factor authentication (2FA) obligatory for team members
Members
Members have standard access to core features with limited administrative capabilities.
