Export call data
This guide will explain how to export call data and how to set limits on calls.
Exporting call logs overview
You can export your call logs as a CSV file for further analysis, record-keeping, or sharing with your team. This allows you to organize, filter, and analyze call data outside of the Synthflow AI platform.
Step-by-step: Export calls to CSV
1. From the Calls tab, click Export.
2. In the Export calls portal,
a. Search for a file name.
b. Click the checkbox at the top to select all calls.
c. Click individual checkboxes to select or deselect specific calls.
d. Once calls are selected, click Export Calls.
