About agents
Synthflow AI agents talk to your customers and get things done on your schedule.
Agents can handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, provide information and manage other interactions. Once you set them up, they can do all of this without any human intervention.
You can customise Synthflow AI Agents by providing specific data and instructions, enabling AI voice automation without coding or technical expertise.

Types of agents
There are three types of agents: outbound, inbound and widget.
Outbound agents
Outbound agents reach out to customers first. You can use them to:

Inbound agents
