This guide will explain how to configure your outbound, inbound, or widget assistant.

Configure tab in Synthflow AI

Whether you create an Assistant from scratch or use a template, you can customize its settings in the Configure tab.

If you start with a template, some settings will be pre-filled. You can modify them as needed, but changes may affect functionality.

To enable calling features, you'll need to add a phone number before your Assistant can make or receive calls.


Step-by-step: Navigate to the Configure tab

1. Click on any Assistant to configure it.
