Send SMS

Allow your agent to send an SMS.
Only available with Twilio

To use SMS actions, you must be either using Synthflow Twilio or your own Twilio. We do not support SMS via other telephony providers.

Create a send SMS action

1On the left-hand sidebar, click Actions.
2Click Send SMS.
3Click Create.
4Type the content of your SMS.
5Describe when the SMS should be sent. For example, if the custom confirms they’re interested in the offer.
6Click Save.

Assign your SMS action to an agent

1On the left-hand sidebar, click Assistants.
2Click Open next to the agent you want to assign the action to.
3Click Actions.
4Click Add under Send SMS and select your SMS action.
