Synthflow integrates with two different RingCentral products: RingEX and RingCX. They are not interchangeable. Each uses a different SIP integration model, so pick the guide that matches your RingCentral license.

Yes. SIP trunking and both RingCentral integrations are available on the Synthflow Enterprise plan.

No for RingEX. SIP extensions registered through Synthflow cannot initiate outbound calls. For RingCX, Synthflow handles inbound voice queue calls routed from the RingCX workflow.
