Telephony Integrations

Connect your carrier, PBX, or contact center to Synthflow over SIP.

Synthflow connects to your existing carrier, PBX, or contact center over SIP, so agents answer and place calls on the numbers and call flows you already have. Choose your provider below. Each guide covers the provider’s side of the setup and the number import in Synthflow.

Providers fall into two tiers, based on how deeply Synthflow tests and supports the integration. Check your provider’s tier before you start.

Tier 1 integrations

Tier 1 providers have a native integration that Synthflow engineering tests and supports. They are the lowest-risk starting point.

Synthflow engineering builds and maintains these integrations. SIP header preservation, caller ID passthrough, and transfer flows are validated, and each has standard onboarding guidance and setup timelines.

Tier 2 integrations

Tier 2 providers have been deployed with real customers, and Synthflow has guides for them, but does not regression-test them.

Expect more variation between deployments than with Tier 1. Setup can need Professional Services, and timelines vary when an edge case needs engineering escalation.

Other SIP providers

Synthflow supports standard SIP trunking, so other carriers and PBXs with SIP connectivity can also connect. Connect over SIP covers the SIP addresses, trunk settings, number import, and encryption. Contact our team to discuss your setup.
