Warning: if you have Twilio set up and trunked into other systems, use a subaccount to connect the number when integrating with Synthflow.

How do I import phone numbers and other data?
You can import numbers from Twilio at this time, if you would like to use other phone providers please contact sales as that feature is only for Enterprise at this time.
How do I add Twilio to my subaccounts?
In Twilio you can create sub accounts that will allow you to delegate a phone number to them. These Twilio sub accounts come with their own Account SID and Auth Token that gives them access to only the number you have delegated to them.
Why is Twilio not allowing me to call customers located in certain countries?
You will need to enable certain geolocation settings in Twilio’s settings.
