Voicemail Detection Feature
Understanding Voicemail Detection
Synthflow AI's voicemail detection is a smart feature designed to identify when an outbound call made by your assistant reaches a voicemail system. Upon detection, the call is automatically terminated to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in your outreach campaigns.
How Voicemail Detection Works
When your AI assistant initiates a call and the receiving party's voicemail is activated, the system will:
- Detect the Voicemail: The AI assistant uses advanced algorithms to recognize voicemail tones and messages.
- End the Call: The assistant will promptly drop the call if a voicemail is detected to save valuable time and resources.
Billing for Voicemail Interactions
- Charge Duration: If a voicemail is detected, you will be billed only for the duration of the call until the detection plus an additional 10-15 seconds. This brief period accounts for the time taken to confirm the voicemail and securely terminate the call.
- Cost-Efficiency: This feature is designed to minimize charges on calls that do not reach a live person, thereby enhancing the cost-efficiency of your calling campaigns.
Note: Voicemail detection is continually refined for accuracy, ensuring that your AI assistant efficiently manages call time and resources. We currently have an 80% success rate of detecting a VM.
📆 Upcoming Voicemail Enhancements: Voicemail v2
With the upcoming release of Voicemail v2, Synthflow AI will offer an enhanced voicemail feature that allows you to leave a custom message when the AI assistant reaches a voicemail system.
- Personalization: Craft personalized messages that resonate with your audience, making each voicemail feel unique and thoughtful.
- Custom Variables: Integrate custom variables into your voicemail message, allowing for dynamic content such as the recipient's name, appointment dates, or other personalized information.
