Troubleshooting and support: How to get Synthflow support

1. Navigate to https://synthflow.ai/

2. On the Home screen click on the bottom right hand side of this page.

3. Here

4. Open the Intercom Live support channel and send us a message.

5. Click "Send us a message"

6. Please enter your email and a detailed description of the issues you are facing.

Tip: For the best help please include:

  • Your Synthflow email/ the email you signed up with
  • Add the Model ID of the Assistant if it is related to the Assistant
  • Add the Call ID if its related to a call

If you don't know where to find these IDs then explain the issue the best you can and make sure to add your Synthflow email.
