How to contact Synthflow AI support
If you're already using Synthflow, you can contact our support team directly within the platform for assistance.
1. Click Get Help.
2. A Help Center menu will open.
a. Click Open Chat to chat with Synthia, our support bot.
b. Click Create Support Ticket to submit a request to the support team.
c. If included in your plan, you can also Schedule Onboarding.

You can ask Synthia, our Synthflow AI digital assistant, any questions you may have. If Synthia can't help, you will be directed to human support.

You can also create a support ticket to get connected with our support team directly. The more information you provide, the faster the team can help you.
1. Choose a topic from the dropdown menu.
2. Continue to fill out the form. When finished, scroll down and click Submit.
