Egress IP addresses

Built with

When you connect your PBX directly to Synthflow over SIP, your network must allow outbound traffic to our signalling endpoints and bidirectional RTP to our media pool addresses. Use the tables below to configure ACLs on your firewalls.

Synthflow operates three regions: Global, US, and EU. Your SIP trunk must point to the region that matches your workspace. You can find your workspace region in your account settings. Only allow-list the signalling and media addresses for your region.

Ports and transports

TrafficProtocolPort rangePurpose
SIP signallingUDP, TCP32681SIP over UDP/TCP
SIP signallingTLS32682SIP over TLS
Media (RTP)UDP10000–60000RTP/RTCP between your network and Synthflow media nodes

Point your SIP traffic toward the SIP FQDN (for automatic failover and maintenance exclusion) for your region. Also allow the media UDP range toward all media IPs listed for that region.

To find which region you reside in, navigate to “Settings” in your portal and under “Preferences” you will see “Customer Region”
