Custom Actions
Custom Actions are operations that your assistant can perform during the call, connecting to the API of your choice.
How to Add Actions
Navigate to the Custom Actions Tab
Choose between creating a new action or editing an existing one
You have access to your created custom actions and to the custom actions created by others in the workspace.
Choose which type of action you want to create
After clicking the "Create" button, you'll see a popup with the different types of actions that you can create.
